Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 30th October 2024

This Privacy Policy is issued by Fusewing, which refers to the entirety of our company and the services we provide (referred to as “Fusewing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Fusewing’s Privacy Commitment

At Fusewing, protecting your privacy is one of our highest priorities. We collect only the minimum amount of information necessary to deliver our services and enhance your experience. We believe in transparency and inform customers about the data we collect, allowing you to control how it’s used. We never monetize customer data for advertising purposes—our revenue comes solely from delivering high-quality custom software solutions and products, not from your data.

Our goal with this policy is to be clear about the information we gather, how we use it, and how we do not use it. While this document may be lengthy to cover all necessary details, we have worked to keep the language as straightforward as possible.

Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all Fusewing websites, products, and services that link to this policy, including our proprietary software such as BetterBills, Pulse Stream, and RapidLink and much more which will be launched in future. It also covers any interactions through our websites, mobile applications, and third-party platforms where Fusewing services are offered. If any of our products or services have separate privacy policies, those policies take precedence.

This Privacy Policy is divided into three parts:

· Part I – Information Fusewing collects and controls
This section explains how Fusewing collects and uses data from visitors, clients, potential customers, and others who engage with us through our websites, services, or contact forms.

· Part II – Information that Fusewing processes on your behalf
This section covers how Fusewing handles the data you entrust to us when using our products and services or when providing personal or confidential information during customer support interactions.

· Part III – General
This section discusses the limitations to our privacy commitments, interactions with third parties, and how we handle any changes to our Privacy Policy or business structure.
